Wedding Bunnies: Ashley & Sammy

And with this ring our lives will start,
Let nothing keep our love apart.
I'll take your hand to hold in mine,
And be together through all time.

Manna the Monkey

I was brought to life by my master one day because she thought the socks in a mall was a lovely colour. Sadly, as there are a lot of monkeys in her home, she had a hard time feeding us, well emm.. well feeding me. I am quite specific when it comes to food, might be from my days of watching Martha Stewart TV or what not , but I love confectioneries, they're well sweet to look at and oh so yummy!

Of course my master believes otherwise. She feeds me yucky food like bananas, broccoli and there was once, she sneakily put carrots in it as well! She said that "That's what the other monkeys are eating and it's healthy". Nonetheless, I do envy my neighbor and their monkeys. Everyday as I stare outside my window, I see their masters baking nice awesome brownies and cupcakes. It makes my mouth water.

So one day, I decided to sneak to their home. And lucky me, there outside, was bowls of batter! I know it was wrong to steal food, but what harm is there with just a little spoon?
And soon, I pretty much finished everything!
But I will never regret it. It was that good!
Resting myself in the bowl, contented, I suddenly saw a big shadow over me.
Oh crabbie pattie cakes! it's the master's security guard!!

Immediately, I got caught! But it seems that the security guard was still inexperienced and she said "What to do with you? Me never catch people take our batter beforeee.."
So I being all smart said "Well, you should reward me with more batter"
And she did... Muahahahahaha *evil laugh*
*gasp gasp gasp* no more please!!

*screams* NO MORE!! *screams*
And my neighbour came out after hearing those screams.
"What do we have here?"
So in the end, I got caught and sent home :( But of course, my neighbor told my master who was kind of angry with me. But after everything cooled off (it was faster as my cute big eyes was a great advantage), my master told me that the neighbor has offered me a job to taste her brownies and cupcakes! She said she has never found a monkey who loved baking as much as she did! :D

I guess everything worked out fine in the end for me too!

Harvey the Monkey

Hello, my name is Harvey and people always rhymes it "cry baby" but I can't help it, I am pretty much the baby among my friends. When alone, I pretty much get scared and chew my hands.
I think it might be because I watch too much horror movies, yeap.. my master told me to stop watching horror movies at night, but I can't help it, it's so nice especially when its top up with ice cream for a snack!
I like going around searching for mysteries too but I am not that much good at it. Once I was engrossed with looking out for a mystery, then I realized, I got lost.
Thankfully, I managed to borrow someone's phone and gave a call to my master to pick me up. Now, I am grounded. But then, it will not deter me from sneaking out again!
Muahahahahaha! My master will never know!

Rainbow Monkey

So my master told me that I can write my bio here. So my name is Rainbow and at times, people like to call me Rambo because I am as brave as the character. I don't find it funny because well, I am like a girl monkey. I like rainbows and when I ask my master where I came from, she said from rainbows, so it made me a happy monkey.

Can you guess who's the monkey? :p
My hands, my hands, my hands off the cookie jar~~~

I like flowers and have people take pictures of me. At times, when I am bored, I will take pictures of myself and submit it to model agencies. I want to be a model in the future, however the agencies have not replied - i still have not figured why. perhaps i should work more on my poses.

Me and my Audrey Hepburn impersonation

I am so fabulous!

if you have any model agencies which want to hire me, please let me know. i charge by hour and want a banana scented frappuccino on set.

The Work-a-Bunny: Julia Michelle

Created for my cousin Julia Michelle for her first day of work.
A little "ang-ang" for good luck! :)

Chimpy the Monkey

Well, first things first, I do not have chicken pox. I was just born that way. When I was first born, the other monkeys made fun of me because I was darker than them. Then it made me sad. So one day, my master found me on the ground, all splattered and she sewed me back to life again. She then found out what happen and had the other two monkeys punished for pushing me off the bed ledge.

She then told me that I am a Chimpanzee and that I am among the strongest monkey species. It made me happy and as I grew up now to a big brawny monkey, the other monkeys stopped making fun of me. Attached you can also find a flying kick which I learned from my days of watching Bruce Lee movies.

Now, I am a happy Chimpy and the monkeys have been good friends with me. They told me that they never knew how much fun I was till they actually got to know me!

So if anyone reads this, please stop bullying. If you continue, that kid might grow up like me and give you a Bruce Lee kick of his own!

Kicks in the air,
Chimpy

Note: This monkey is dedicated to a good old friend of mine.
He gave me a Chimp soft toy which has inspired me to make Chimpy! :)

CuriousJac: The Beginnings

It was one of those days when I saw my very first sock monkey online. Let's just say, the cuteness was overwhelming! Having a soft spot for soft toys, I decided to buy it - despite it being a UK product. Unfortunately, with all the googling, I then realized that is was so expensive! So I did what any person will do, I continued with life.

Then, last Christmas as I opened my present, I got myself a sock monkey kit! I started off with a Bunny, which pretty much people thought was a Rat, but of course, with more determination, I became better and better.

Meet Ratbit! :p
Despite having thread coming out from here and there, with a leg bigger than the other, it somehow did not fail for my family and friends to go "So Cute!" when they see it.
Cuteness objectives achieved! :)

I made gifts for my family and friends, and they were happy. Seeing their smiles on their faces, I feel that I would like to share it with other people who feel the same. And so, I decided to open CuriousJac!

It might not be all much but hey, to me, it's a start :) Well, here it goes! *publishes page* Wish me luck! :D
